What we collect on this site

Standard server logs (IP, browser, referrer) for diagnostic purposes. We do not run third-party analytics with personally identifiable cross-site tracking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects what you submit on its own form. See Cal.com's privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing

We process the technical server logs generated by our hosting to keep the site secure, detect technical faults, and maintain its correct operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you choose to load the Cal.com scheduler, that consent allows the external module and its associated cookies to load, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI. If you book a call, we process the details you enter in the form to handle your request and take pre-contractual steps at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you email us, we process your data to respond to your message. Where your enquiry relates to a possible engagement, the legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, the basis is our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence and keeping a basic record of communications, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providers and international transfers

We use external providers to run the site and the scheduler, mainly Vercel Inc. for web hosting and Cal.com, Inc. for booking management. Where these providers process personal data on behalf of Beyond Mindset, S.L., they do so as data processors under their applicable terms, contracts, or data processing addenda. In some cases these providers may also process data as independent controllers for their own operations, under their respective privacy policies.

These providers are established in the United States or may use infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. International data transfers may therefore occur. Where applicable, such transfers are made on the basis of an applicable adequacy decision or, failing that, appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Cal.com scheduler on the contact page only loads after you explicitly accept it; until then, nothing is requested from Cal.com. Once loaded, Cal.com may set its own cookies and process data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for tramuntana.ai, and the scheduler will ask again on your next visit. Cookies already set by Cal.com can be removed from your browser settings.

If you email us

We keep your correspondence and do not add you to any mailing list. There isn't one.

Retention

Technical server logs are kept for the technical period needed to maintain security, diagnose faults, and ensure the site works correctly. We do not keep our own copies of those logs beyond 30 days, unless specific information needs to be kept longer to investigate a security incident, meet a legal obligation, or defend against possible claims.

Emails are kept while the conversation is active. If the exchange does not lead to a contractual relationship, it is kept for up to 24 months from the last message, unless it needs to be kept longer to meet legal obligations or possible liabilities. If it leads to a contractual relationship, it is kept for the legal and limitation periods applicable to that relationship.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a sensitive request. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We update this page when the underlying facts change, not on a marketing schedule. Last updated: 7 July 2026.
