Companies don't enter AI from a standing start. They enter from a position. The four stages below are how we describe what we see — and what changes the trajectory at each one.
We meet companies where they are. Most of our engagements start at stage 0 or 1.

The firm
Tramuntana Scale Up is a Mallorca-based commercial-growth firm. We work with premium-positioned and technology-driven companies — primarily in yachting, renewable energy, and enterprise software — where senior commercial leadership and AI-enabled operating systems are the unlock. Two founders deliver every engagement, with a network of specialist partners brought in as scope demands.
The founders
Twenty-five years in software, infrastructure, and AI. Background spanning AWS and Booking.com; founder of SmartxPilot (Beyond Mindset S.L.). Sebastian designs the AI-supported workflows, runs the analysis week, and turns audit findings into systems that ship — not slides that don't.
Thirty-plus years in software sales, with a parallel track in renewable energies and premium yachting. Jörg leads the commercial weeks, runs the discovery interviews, and builds the partner-channel and senior-relationship work that closes deals after the audit lands.
The name
Named for the Serra de Tramuntana — the mountain range that runs the length of Mallorca's northwest coast. The upward arc of the range is the shape of what we build for the companies we work with.
06 — Track record
We don't pretend to have years of joint case studies — the partnership is new, on purpose. What we bring is two independent track records: the products, programmes and engagements each partner has built and shipped before this work began.
The work above is the partners' — not Tramuntana Scale Up's — and is listed as relevant context, not as joint case studies. Once an engagement closes and a client agrees to be named, it moves into a section dedicated to the partnership itself. Until then, we'd rather be honest about what is new and what isn't.
